2. Description of Service

ChatMap is an AI-powered mind mapping tool that allows users to create, organize, and explore conversations in a visual node-based interface. The service requires a Google account to sign in.

3. User Accounts

• You must sign in with a valid Google account to use ChatMap.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must not impersonate others or provide false information.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ChatMap to:

• Generate or distribute harmful, illegal, or abusive content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the service
• Use automated means to access the service excessively

5. Intellectual Property

The ChatMap name, logo, and application design are the intellectual property of ChatMap. Content you create within ChatMap (your chat maps and messages) remains yours. You grant ChatMap a limited license to store and display your content solely for the purpose of operating the service.

6. AI-Generated Content

ChatMap uses the Google Gemini API to generate AI responses. AI-generated content is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or appropriate for all purposes. You are responsible for verifying any information before relying on it.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep ChatMap available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

ChatMap is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of ChatMap after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will update the date at the top of this page when changes are made.
